Pass The Peas Ride On Time T-Shirt

Ride on Time is the fifth studio album by Japanese singer-songwriter Tatsuro Yamashita, released by AIR/RVC on September 19, 1980.

The song was initially created for a Maxell cassette tape ad, where Yamashita himself starred. Picture him in Saipan, standing knee-deep in the sea, pointing a finger gun at the camera – that image ended up as the single’s cover. The caption “いい音しか残れない” on the commercial translates to “Only good sounds remain” and also appears on his “Ride on Time” album.

Oh, and the B-side track “Rainy Walk” from the single is the same as his album “Moonglow”.
